Great News from USPS!
The USPS Board of Governors have announced that they will not seek any prices changes for mail and shipping prodcuts in January 2015. This means that today’s prices on popular USPS® mailing and shipping services, including First-Class and Standard Mail letters and flats and First-Class Package Service, will remain in place through early next year. Also remaining unchanged will be commercial Priority Mail® rates, which the Postal Service just lowered in September 2014.
Mailers should still be aware that even though there won’t be new rate changes in January 2015, the Intelligent Mail® package barcode (IM®pb) requirements for meter customers will still take effect on January 25, 2015.
