Well, do you remember me telling you about Informed Mail? Being able to see what is in your mailbox even before you get home to view it. Oh Yes! Sign me up! Actually you have to sign yourself up and if you are lucky you can answer all the security questions. I wasn’t able to say when my Social Security Card was issued, so I was locked out for 72 hours. (My mom couldn’t even answer that question for me, so how does USPS have that info?) So off I went to the post office to verify my identity.
By the next day, the email started to come in. It is one email; showing scans of what actually is in your mailbox. It all was going fairly well. Then this came. Rascals! Jury Duty.

I guess it can’t be full of all the direct mail offers that I enjoy getting!

Overall, its pretty cool. A few things to note:
- Living in an apartment building can cause an initial delay for the service as there are some additional steps the USPS must take to ensure everything is coded correctly before it is available.
 - Up to 10 pieces of standard letter-sized mail will be included in the email round-up, with a link directing subscribers to the rest of their mail online if it’s a busy delivery day.
 - Not every mail is scanned. Magazines and Grocery flyers are not yet scanned.
